Operations Support Specialist

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to help support daily agency operations, maintain accurate system data, process policy transactions, and provide support to internal team members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, technology, customer service, and working with multiple systems in a fast-paced office environment. What We’re Looking For: A reliable, service-minded team member who is accurate, adaptable, technology-savvy, and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate client and policy data in the agency management system. Review records for completeness, workflow compliance, and documentation accuracy. Process carrier downloads, claims, suspense items, policy transactions, invoices, and payments. Support Personal Lines and Commercial Lines servicing activities. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Excellent written, verbal, phone, and email communication skills. Comfortable learning and using multiple computer systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Applied Epic or another agency management system is a plus. Insurance or customer service experience preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, use the telephone regularly, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Varney Agency
