Summer 2027 MBA Internship- MedTech Marketing Leadership Development Program (MLDP)

Johnson & Johnson seeks MBA candidates for a 10-12 week summer 2027 internship in MedTech marketing. Interns will work on strategic product launches, market analysis, and cross-functional projects while gaining exposure to senior leadership across multiple therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

Lead or support worldwide or regional product launches and develop marketing strategies and materials
Develop brand strategies including value propositions, positioning, and lifecycle management
Partner with R&D, sales, and customers to identify needs and inform marketing direction
Execute market research through customer interactions, industry meetings, and medical literature review
Collaborate across functional teams to align marketing strategy with business objectives

Requirements

Currently enrolled in accredited MBA program with graduation by July 2028
Minimum 4 years professional work experience post-undergraduate degree
Healthcare, medical device, or marketing industry experience preferred
Permanent U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship required
Ability to rapidly learn and adopt new AI tools and platforms
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
