Position: Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) Location: Las Vegas and Surrounding Area Employment: Full-time or Part-time Pay: $50–$62/hr Scheduling: Flexible; work from home for non-direct hours Why CLASS? Trust – 20 years of ABA excellence. What You’ll Do Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top‑quality ABA services. Mentor RBTs and case managers to grow in the field. Oversee assessments, goal setting, and clinical meetings. Work with a variety of clients (ages, diagnoses, and funding sources). Maintain high‑quality documentation, communication, and care. Requirements Active BCBA certification. Master’s in ABA, psychology, education, or related field. 2+ years experience supervising clinical staff. Strong ABA skills (DTT, verbal behavior, natural environment teaching). Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance. CPR certification, immunization records, background check upon hire.
