As a Night Shift Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility during evening hours. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of exceptional patient care to our residents on the night shift

• Manage and coordinate the activities of our interdisciplinary healthcare team

• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Provide education and guidance to staff members on various aspects of patient care

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination

• Identify and address any changes or concerns in patient status, and escalate as necessary

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Requirements:

• Current Arkansas RN license

• Minimum 0 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing facility

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
