Senior Quality Engineer

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Quality Engineer will define and evolve AI-enabled test strategies, design automation frameworks, and execute comprehensive testing processes to enhance software quality and delivery efficiency. Key responsibilities Define and evolve AI-enabled test strategies and plans based on system designs and user requirements Design and develop automation frameworks and scripts to optimize testing coverage and defect detection Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate automated testing into the delivery pipeline and drive knowledge sharing on AI-driven testing practices Required qualifications 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience with a strong foundation in software testing principles 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation or coding with languages such as Java, Perl, or Python 4+ years of experience in Agile (Scrum) and SAFe environments, including tools like JIRA and Rally Intermediate proficiency with relational databases and ability to write SQL queries Demonstrated AI-first mindset, leveraging tools to enhance testing efficiency and delivery
