**This position will require On-Call duties and On-Site Installation in the Dallas area**

ATI Service Technicians must be able to perform the physical installation and service of Parking Control and Access Control equipment. These systems include but are not limited to: Ticket Issuing Devices, Revenue Collection Exit Devices, RFID (Toll Tag) Readers, LPR (License Plate Recognition) Systems, Barrier Gates, Slide and Swing Gate Operators, Access Control, IP & Analog Camera Systems, IP Networks, Video Management Systems, and Intrusion Detection Systems.

What we expect of you (as assigned and scheduled)

• Installation, service, programming, and training of all aspects of parking control systems and electronic security systems
• Daily communication and coordination with colleagues, management, and customers
• Communication and coordination with tech support, technical resources, and contractors
• Update project and/or service tickets daily to company management software
• Provide appropriate solutions for service calls that include pictures and part numbers
• Create RMA with various vendors and manufacturers as needed
• Accountability (All communications transparent, clocking in and out remotely with location tracking, working with team members, etc.)
• On-call rotation (one week duration)

Qualifications & Skills

• Must possess valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• 2+ years Parking Control or Access Control Installation and/or Service experience preferred
• 2+ years computer and networking experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of computers and networks (must be able to provision a Windows-based PC and create a local network)
• Certifications with DSX, Open Options, or Maxxess are a plus
• Welding Experience is a plus
• Must be proficient with smart phone and laptop for communication, email, in-app ticket updates, etc.
• Strong customer communication skills
• Good oral, reading, and typing skills, including the ability to read and apply manufacturer installation instructions and to clearly communicate with customers, suppliers, and company personnel.

• Move, carry, and transport tools and equipment
• Must be able to climb ladders: 4’ - 32’
• Operate a lift (training is available)
• Prolong periods of standing in same place

• No brainer REQUIREMENTS, you MUST possess the following:
• Electronics technical school training or equivalent
• Ability to work on proprietary software, as well has hardware communications, programming and repair
• Ability to use hand and power tools and lift greater than 50lbs repeatedly
• A clean driving record and ability to complete OSHA safety courses
• SQL Server database maintenance and Microsoft Operating Systems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, specifically with customers, as well as the ability to work well within a team environment
• Not a desk job! Enjoy operating in outdoor environments exposed to elements
