• Outpatient physical therapy setting
• 5x8 day shift schedule, 40 hours per week
• 30-minute meal break with auto-deduction if not clocked out
• EMR system used: InSync
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active PT license required (compact license accepted to start, but full state license must be obtained during assignment; full state license required upfront for South Carolina)
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting required
• One professional reference required
• SSN required for consideration

• Candidates with prior perm/PRN employment at this facility within the past year are not eligible for rehire

• Holiday weeks require 32 guaranteed worked hours
