Social Media Videographer & Video Editor

Job Description

MedaHealth Associates is Tampa Bay’s most innovative health and life insurance brokerage, with offices in Downtown Tampa, Downtown St. Petersburg, Orlando, Brandon, and Fort Lauderdale. We’re building our content team in-house and looking for a creative with a real eye for short-form video, someone who can turn an event into a hype recap, an idea into a Reel, and knows how to make content feel fresh, engaging, and on-brand.

The Role

You’ll work hand-in-hand with our marketing team, helping shape ideas and bringing them to life on a regular basis. We want someone who can move fast, tell a story, and make everything feel polished and native to the platform. Part-time and ongoing, ideal for someone who can turn things around quickly. Compensation is competitive, based on experience.

What You’ll Do

• Shoot and edit scroll-stopping short-form video for Reels and social
\n
• Bring creative input and a sharp sense of what makes content work
\n
• Bring strong editing skills, motion graphics, animated text, smooth transitions, and sound design
\n
• Brainstorm with the team and help shape how our brand shows up online
\n
• Turn everyday insurance topics into content people want to watch, and stand out in a space that usually settles for boring
\n

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who both shoots and edits, and has the eye for both
\n
• A real feel for what makes short-form content work
\n
• Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent)
\n
• A portfolio or example of your work (required, this is how we’ll know you’re a fit)
\n
• Tampa Bay based and able to work in person on a regular schedule
\n
