You will lead and manage all aspects of the branch including growing deposits and investments, operations, and coaching the team for success. You are experienced in creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment, you demonstrate a steadfast commitment to operational integrity and adherence to policies. You have a strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect your team, partners, and clients with technology, making it accessible and exciting for everyone involved. You have 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience. You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills You have a college degree or military equivalent. Training and Travel Requirements You’ll successfully complete our Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement as a Branch Manager. You’ll need to be able to travel as required for in‑person training and meetings; some travel may be out‑of‑state.
