Career Systems Development Corporation Careers seeks a Part Time Substance Abuse Counselor to support young adults in a Job Corps residential setting. In this role, you will provide individual and group counseling, conduct substance use assessments, develop treatment and relapse-prevention plans, deliver psychoeducational workshops, and coordinate referrals to community resources. You will collaborate with healthcare and education staff, maintain accurate documentation, and support a safe, inclusive environment aligned with CSD’s mission of helping students achieve self-sufficiency and long-term success.
