Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Cardiac Cath Lab RN located on the West Coast. This position involves providing specialized cardiac care within a non-invasive cardiology team, focusing on stress testing and diagnostic cardiac procedures. The role requires assessing, monitoring, and administering medications to patients undergoing a variety of cardiac stress tests and imaging procedures, working closely with cardiologists and the cardiovascular team to ensure optimal patient care. Job Details Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; previous cardiac stress testing experience including Nuclear Medicine Stress Testing, Dobutamine Stress Testing, Cardiac MRI Stress Testing, and Coronary CT Angiography (CCTA); strong ECG interpretation skills; medication administration experience during cardiac testing; excellent assessment and critical-thinking skills. Schedule: 4 ten-hour shifts (6:00 AM 4:30 PM, rotating day off) or 5 eight-hour shifts (7:00 AM 3:30 PM), negotiable; rotating weekend coverage is required. Certifications: RN, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Experience: Minimum of 0 years in cardiac stress testing or related cardiac nursing experience. Additional responsibilities include pre-procedure assessments, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary cardiovascular team. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced diagnostic environment and possess strong communication skills.
