Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home Care Job Summary Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients’ homes. You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low‑stress, relationship‑based setting.
