Olde Hearth Bread Company is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our production MIXING team. We are a growing wholesale artisan bakery supplying breads and baked goods to restaurants, hotels, theme parks, and specialty markets throughout Central Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Mixing doughs.
• Scaling and shaping breads.
• Baking products.
• Packaging finished goods.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment.
• Following food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bakery, food production, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

5 day work week 40 hours plus overtime in season.
