Human Touch Home Health is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide home health services in Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, Pulaski, and surrounding New River Valley communities. - Complete speech-language evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning
- Develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Provide skilled therapy services in patients' homes
- Educate patients and caregivers on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques
- Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team

- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
