This position requires a diversity in skill sets as well as the ability to take direction from management.This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day Maintenance of building, shop, & grounds equipment as directed by Management as well as wintertime snow plowing and salting.Position Job Duties:Perform a variety of maintenance tasks to maintain appearance and functionality of the facility, to include lunchroom, restrooms, lobby area and entries.Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.Maintains, operates all HVAC systems and associated equipment, and monitor the building automation system.Perform general maintenance (e.g. change light bulbs, maintain exterior property including snow & ice removal, etc.) and manual repairs as needed.Manage preventive maintenance including monitoring and coordinating PM schedules for the HVAC, alarms and other facility equipment or installed systems, pest control etc.Address concerns and repair requests from employees on company equipment.
