# Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Texas

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: El Paso, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 13-week assignment. Every other weekend required. No call requirements.

Highlights:

• 41-bed emergency department with a collaborative team of 90 staff members
• Patient ratios: 1:4 in core areas, 1:6 in Fast Track
• Meditech EMR system
• Comprehensive onboarding with specialized equipment training
• Night shift includes 1 charge nurse, 1 trauma nurse, 1 unit clerk, and 9 RNs, plus mixed paramedic/tech/RN mid-shift support
• Permanent position opportunities available for qualified candidates

Requirements:

• Current Texas RN license or compact state RN license
• BLS/BCLS certification (required)
• ACLS/ALS certification (required)
• ENPC or PALS certification (required)
• TNCC certification (required)
• CPI certification within 6 weeks of onboarding
• Emergency department nursing experience preferred
