Job Description Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney (Insurance Bad Faith Focus) High-Stakes Litigation | First-Chair Trial Role | Leadership Opportunity A highly regarded litigation practice is seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney with substantial experience handling complex insurance bad faith and high-exposure commercial disputes. This opportunity is geared toward attorneys who already know how to lead cases, manage sophisticated litigation strategy, and perform in the courtroom-and who are looking for a platform that supports meaningful trial work, autonomy, and long-term growth. The practice handles significant litigation matters involving insurance coverage, bad faith exposure, business disputes, and complex civil litigation. Attorneys are trusted with real responsibility, direct client interaction, and the ability to drive strategy from inception through trial or resolution.
