Key Responsibilities of the Respiratory Therapist

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients as prescribed
• Assess patients' respiratory conditions and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with medical personnel to optimize patient care
• Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes
• Operate and maintain respiratory care equipment

Requirements of the Respiratory Therapist

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within the specialty
• Required AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• GA RRT licensure and RRT Certification (NBRC)
