Location: La Quinta, CA

Job Type: Part-Time (3 Days per Week)

Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday (8-hour shifts)

Setting: Outpatient Pediatric Clinic

Job Summary:


We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Physical Therapist

The ideal candidate is committed to delivering evidence-based, family-centered care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to help pediatric patients achieve their highest level of independence and functional potential.

Important Note:


The therapist should be capable of managing a caseload of 14-15 patients during an 8-hour shift while maintaining high-quality patient care and timely documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve gross motor skills, strength, balance, coordination, gait, and functional mobility.
• Educate families and caregivers on home exercise programs, positioning, and strategies to support developmental progress.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate high-quality patient care.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted California Physical Therapist license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
• 1-2 years of experience working with pediatric population
• Experience treating pediatric patients in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting.
• Experience working with children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, orthopedic conditions, or genetic syndromes.
• New graduates are also accepted
