Secret Shopper Sterling, IL $18/hr Flexible Assignments Hiring Immediately Advance Services Inc. is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Secret Shoppers to visit assigned grocery stores, gas stations, and retail locations in the Sterling, IL area. This role helps ensure employees are properly following ID verification procedures for age-restricted purchases.

Job Duties:

• Visit assigned grocery stores, gas stations, and retail locations as a secret shopper
• Observe and verify whether employees are properly checking customer IDs
• Follow assigned instructions and shopping guidelines
• Accurately document store interactions and compliance results
• Submit reports promptly after each visit
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Job Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation (vehicle required)
• Valid driver's license required
• Active vehicle insurance required
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to travel to assigned locations within the Sterling, IL area
