HVAC / VRF Installer – Temp-to-Hire
Location: Lake Dallas, TX
Pay: $28.00–$48.00+/hour (Based on Experience)
Immediate openings for Certified HVAC/VRF Installers . We're looking for experienced installers who can safely and efficiently install VRF systems while working independently or as part of a crew.
Job Duties:
- Install VRF/VRV indoor and outdoor units
- Run refrigerant piping, drain lines, and electrical connections
- Read blueprints and installation drawings
- Pressure test, evacuate, charge, and start up systems (based on experience)
- Troubleshoot installation issues
- Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean
Pay Based on Experience:
- $28–$32/hr: HVAC Installer with some VRF experience
- $32–$38/hr: Experienced VRF Installer
- $38–$48+/hr: Lead Installer / Startup Experience
Requirements:
- HVAC/VRF Certification (Required)
