Production Operator Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting production processes. Job Title: Production Operator Location: Boise, ID Pay Range: $17 What's the Job? Perform product assembly, inspection, and testing to meet production schedules and quality standards. Operate equipment and tools efficiently and safely following established procedures. Visually inspect products throughout production to identify defects or errors. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace using 5S procedures. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required. Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred. Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
