Registered Nurse- Per Diem

Eagle Home Care Rn Opportunity Eagle Home Care, a LHCSA is looking for motivated and compassionate RN's to provide high quality patient care assessments in the home. Our agency provides competitive compensation. This is a FFS per diem position. Schedule is flexible. Service Areaswe are hiring for: Rockland County Duties: Seeking a professional Registered Nurse to perform health assessments for patients in their home to assess a patient's health care status and needs Monitor and train Aide staff on patient plan of care and infection control Maintain close communication with the Director of Patient Services in the office, responding to phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Reporting all issues and concerns to the clinical department immediately. Completes documentation accurately and submits timely to agency Provides the highest quality care in accordance with DOH regulations Qualifications: Graduate of approved school of nursing Current NYS RN license 1 year of home health nursing experience (preferred) Able to function independently with minimum supervision Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills Ability to travel to patient's homes Job Types: Part-time, Per diem
