Operate grinders and welding equipment safely and effectively. Inspect welds for quality and accuracy. Follow all shop safety procedures and PPE requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Use hand tools and welding accessories as needed.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in welding positions throughout the shift. Ability to lift metal components, materials, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely wear welding helmets, gloves, and required personal protective equipment.
