Job Overview Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst Location: Baltimore, Silver Spring, Greensboro, MD, and Fairfax, VA Type: Full-Time + Flexible scheduling Compensation: Salary + Monthly/Quarterly Bonuses + Benefits Core Responsibilities Clinical & Assessment Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized ABA programs. Track client progress using data-driven metrics; update treatment protocols accordingly. Administer standardized outcome measures for skill acquisition and behavior reduction. Supervision & Collaboration Staff: Supervise, mentor, and provide 1:1 clinical feedback to BTs and RBTs. Families: Conduct parent education and training to generalize skills at home. Multidisciplinary: Coordinate with caregivers, doctors, and specialists ("whole child" approach). Job Requirements Credentials: Active BCBA certification + eligibility for Maryland state licensure. Health & Safety: Pass a criminal background check, TB test, and physical exam; meet MMR/VZV immunity requirements (costs covered by ALP). Skills: Strong clinical communication, crisis management, and team collaboration.
