Matillion Platform Engineer

Matillion Infrastructure Engineer

Deploy and manage Matillion on Amazon Web Services (EC2 instances, VPC, EBS, security groups)

Configure and maintain air-gapped Matillion environments with restricted outbound access

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform

Administer and support Matillion platform across Dev, QA, and Prod environments

Develop Bash/Python scripts for monitoring, automation, and operational tasks

Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub) for Matillion deployments

Integrate Git version control with Matillion for code management and releases

Manage secure credentials using Vault/CI-CD variables and implement key-based authentication for Snowflake

Monitor platform using tools like CloudWatch/Dynatrace/Splunk and handle alerts

Troubleshoot job failures, orphaned sessions, and performance issues
