Travel Physical Therapist - $2,332 per week

Job Title Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing / Long‑Term Care Location Hawthorne, California Position Details Start date: 06/15/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8 hours per day Type: Travel Pay: Based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation; tax‑free stipend amount to be determined) Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including mandate for medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, restrictions and potential for progress. Provide direct patient care and develop and administer treatment programs with specific goals, tailored to patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals, document and record patient condition, and educate patients and families in physical‑therapy methods. Requirements Graduate from an accredited school. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/ PT or proactively in the process of obtaining licensure. Current CPR certification. Develop a plan of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical‑therapy services/interventions per physician orders. Assess, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of physical‑therapy interventions. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
