Henry Ford Health System's System Capacity Command Center (SC3) in Detroit seeks an experienced Nurse to coordinate patient flow across acute care facilities. You will own end-to-end patient placement, expediting, admission processes, and care progression in partnership with medical and nursing staff. On-site required with every-other-weekend and holiday rotations.
