Architectural Project Manager

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager position include: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, with 15–20 years of professional architectural experience preferred; Registered Architect (RA) licensure required, particularly in South Carolina. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, experience with MasterSpec, and working knowledge of SketchUp for architectural design, documentation, and visualization. Proven experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, educational, government, and commercial architectural projects from conceptual design through construction completion. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing schedules, budgets, deliverables, permitting, consultant coordination, and client expectations. Lead architectural design development, review construction documents and specifications, and ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility requirements. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil engineering consultants, while resolving technical and design challenges. Manage construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, site observations, change orders, and project closeout. Build strong client relationships, collaborate directly with firm principals, and mentor junior architects and designers while maintaining high standards of design quality and project execution. Salary : $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
