HVAC Service Technician

Connors Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems in the Willmar area. You’ll perform diagnostics on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers; complete preventive maintenance; and assist with replacement installations. This role includes driving to customer sites, explaining findings and options clearly, and documenting work performed. You’ll work within a supportive, family-owned team that values craftsmanship, safe work practices, and treating every customer and co-worker with respect.
