Description

• Conduct evaluations of patients in either inpatient or outpatient settings and craft personalized treatment strategies
• Implement physical therapy interventions that prioritize mobility, strength, balance, and functional recovery
• Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and home exercise regimens
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in accordance with facility protocols and regulatory standards
• Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary discussions to ensure synchronized patient care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physiotherapy Specialist
• CPR certification preferred
• Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) advantageous but not mandatory

Skills

• Prior experience is highly favored
