Location: 2450 South Telshor Boulevard, Las Cruces, NM 88011

Start Date: 08/06/2026

Duration: Open until filled with flexible dates in 2027

Shift: Hybrid (clinic and inpatient), daytime hours typically 10 AM 3 PM (including lunch)

Hours/Week: Approx. 20-25 hours/week

Employment Type: Per Diem / Contract

Licenses/Certs: Valid U.S. license; preferred Urology specialization

Experience: Prior Urology experience preferred, but not required

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient urology care for adult patients (few pediatric cases)
• Manage 5-10 phone consultations daily
• Collaborate with local urologists, nursing staff, urology techs, and hospitalists
• Conduct active consults, follow-up care, and elective procedures
• Support inpatient and outpatient services, including rounding
• Follow established protocols and contribute to patient education

What You Need

• Valid U.S. medical license
• Urology experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Prior experience in a similar outpatient/inpatient setting
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
