Laboratory Technician

Shift: Day or Night Shift – Final shift will be determined based on staffing needs Schedule: Must be flexible to work days or nights, weekends, holidays, scheduled overtime, and emergency overtime when required. Key Responsibilities Prepare process and finished-product samples for laboratory analysis. Perform analytical testing using instrumental and wet chemistry procedures. Conduct daily process-monitoring tests throughout the plant as assigned. Enter and report laboratory results using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Maintain accurate and timely records of all laboratory testing and results. Maintain tested product samples for confirmation or additional testing when required. Promptly communicate test results and notify operations when process adjustments are needed. Develop an understanding of production processes and provide recommendations to operators when appropriate to support product quality. Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and perform light maintenance/calibration on laboratory equipment. Work with standard laboratory equipment such as pH meters, balances, and spectrophotometers. Compare equipment readings against standards to verify accurate operation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
