Talent Acquisition Intern

Talent Acquisition Intern Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our HR team in New York City. In this full-time internship, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in the day‑to‑day operations of a fast-paced HR department. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in Human Resources or Recruiting. Principal Accountabilities: Screen resumes and assist with initial candidate reviews Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers Communicate with candidates to confirm availability, logistics, and next steps Manage job postings across internal and external platforms (Greenhouse, LinkedIn) Administrative assistance in Greenhouse. Track candidate progress and update recruitment trackers Assist with pre‑onboarding activities, including initiating background checks and collecting new hire documents Submit IT ticket requests for new hires (equipment, systems access, etc.) Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team Assist in occasional ad‑hoc projects. Key Experience and Skills Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field Strong interest in recruiting and HR operations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Prior internship or office experience is a plus Additional Details: This is a paid, full-time internship (40 hours/week) Hybrid position based in New York City Salary Details: $18/hr-$21/hr #J-18808-Ljbffr AMOREPACIFIC US, INC
