Medical Office Receptionist

$18.5 per hour

Job Description

Responsibilities as a medical receptionist will include, but not limited to: Answering multi-line phone system, scheduling patients, checking patients in and out, collecting payments, responding to emails, faxes and voicemails, and assisting providers with administrative tasks as needed.

Applicants must be dependable, have the ability to multi-task, be detail oriented and have excellent communication and computer skills. Applicants must also be flexible with providing coverage for shifts when needed.

Hours: 35-40 hours per week

Must have flexible hours Monday-Thursday 8:45am-9pm and Friday 8:45am-5pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.50/hour starting pay
