Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician (OB/GYN)

We’re hiring an Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician (OB/GYN) for a strong, well-supported program in Southeast California. This is a great mix of clinic + deliveries with a schedule that’s built to be sustainable. Position Details: • Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts • Call: 1:5 • Balanced mix of clinic and deliveries • Post-call day off (protected time to reset) • Robotics available • ~150 deliveries/month across the program Compensation & Benefits: • $375K–$400K base salary • Average earnings up to ~$516K with RVU + call pay • Full benefits package • Student loan repayment support Why this opportunity stands out: You’re stepping into a busy, established program with consistent volume and the infrastructure to support you.
