Shift Manager Shift Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Responsibilities Plan each shift and monitor performance during the shift Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards Monitor safety, security, and profitability Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for the next shift Help assigned departments meet their targets and goals Manage food safety and internal communication Handle inventory management and daily maintenance and cleanliness Manage crew, schedule, and training Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service Maintain safety and security standards Franchise Information This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s Corporation or McDonald’s USA, LLC.
