General Description of Responsibilities: New Growth Press is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our publishing team on a part-time basis. If you have a passion for creating compelling visual content and enjoy working on projects that make a lasting impact, we’d love to hear from you. NGP publishes Christian books, Bible studies, and ministry resources that serve churches, ministry leaders, and readers around the world. We’re looking for someone who appreciates our mission of producing biblically faithful resources and can communicate that mission through thoughtful, engaging design. Creativity, excellence, and attention to detail are at the heart of everything we produce. Specific Responsibilities: Design marketing graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising. Create promotional materials for new book releases, Bible studies, and other ministry resources. Design print and digital collateral, including catalogs, flyers, bookmarks, sales materials, and conference resources. Develop graphics for conferences, events, and ministry initiatives. Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital distribution. Collaborate with our marketing, editorial, and sales teams to develop creative campaigns and product launches. Maintain brand consistency across multiple product lines and publishing imprints. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Benefits/Position Details Paid Time Off (accrual based on hours worked.) Ministry resource discounts. Remote position. Part-time (20 hours per week, with flexibility based on project) $30 per hour. Flexible schedule. Hourly compensation based on experience. Position Requirements: 3+ years of professional graphic design experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in both print and digital design. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience creating graphics for social media and digital marketing. Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills. Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Preferred Requirements: Experience in book publishing, ministry, or nonprofit organizations. Familiarity with commercial print production. Experience with video editing, motion graphics, or animation is a plus.
