Customer Service Representative – Order Support

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative for an opportunity in Apopka, FL . This position requires strong phone communication, basic computer skills, and excellent attendance and reliability .

Pay Rate
$18 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm (Saturdays as needed)

Customer Service Representative – Order Support Job Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer phone calls in a professional manner.
Assist customers with order status, returns, and product questions.
Provide support with online and catalog orders.
Look up customer accounts and order information.
Enter and update information accurately using a computer.
Follow instructions and company procedures.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.

Customer Service Representative – Order Support Job Responsibilities

Must be dependable and have excellent attendance.
Must be able to maintain consistent attendance during the October through February busy season.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Ability to speak clearly and professionally over the phone.
Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.
Strong attention to detail.
Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Must be able to work onsite in Apopka, FL .
