What You’ll Do Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems Support troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic repairs Work alongside experienced technicians to build technical skills Document service work and communicate findings clearly Service accounts across the Denver metro area What We’re Looking For 1–2+ years of HVAC experience (commercial preferred, open to strong residential techs) Exposure to RTUs, split systems, and basic HVAC troubleshooting Strong work ethic, reliability, and coachable mindset Valid driver’s license with clean MVR Ability to pass background check and drug screen Compensation & Benefits Pay: $22–$28/hour DOE Company vehicle (based on experience) Health insurance Retirement plan + defined benefit pension Career development and advancement opportunities Schedule Monday–Friday Overtime and on-call rotation as needed How to Apply: Apply directly through the job board where you found this posting (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter), or submit your application to View email address on click.appcast.io All applications must be submitted through one of these platforms to be considered.
