CDL A Regional Dry Van Drivers in Martinsburg, WV

Aquatic Trucking, Co. is hiring CDL A Regional Dry Van Drivers in Martinsburg, WV. Drivers will be delivering Aquatic manufactured bathware in the northeast, and north central regions. Compensation

• Annual pay range: $85,000 to $95,000
• Starting 62.5 CPM, increases with length of service
• Paid actual miles
• Guaranteed weekly minimum pay: $1,500
• Additional pay:
  • Drop pay: $25 for each stop
  • TIN Pay/NYC surcharge: $250 per day
  • Layover pay
• Bonuses:
  • $3,000 Sign on bonus
  • Driver referral bonus: Referring driver paid 5 CPM for all miles ran by incoming referred driver for first 6 months of employment
  • Quarterly safety bonus: 1 CPM for each accident & moving violation free mile driven
  • Clean DOT inspection bonus: $50 per clean inspection
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home time: Home weekends for 34 hour reset & home 1-2 nights during the week
• Schedule: Typically leave out Sunday or Monday and home for reset Friday or Saturday
• Route: Northeast and north central regions
• Level of Touch: Drivers will often assist with unloading using a handtruck and will need to secure the freight using straps

• Automatic transmission fleet
• Governed speed: 70
• Outward facing cameras
• ELD equipped using Motive system
• Amenities: APU, power inverters, refrigerator, air ride seats w/ temp control, upgraded mattress

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• No more than 3 DOT recordable accidents in the last 5 years
• No speeding tickets over 15mph in the last 3 years
• No reckless driving convictions
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
