Med Surg RN Acute Surgical Unit

Shift: 12-hour Nights Hours: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse license
• Strong clinical skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with patient admissions and discharges

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute surgical unit.
• Facilitate the admission, discharge, and transfer processes for patients.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient flow.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Educate patients and families about post-operative care and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies.
