Requisitos Obrigatórios:
- Experiência Avançada em Desenvolvimento de Software: Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de software, com domínio de uma ou mais linguagens como Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript ou outras relevantes para o ambiente da empresa.
- Conhecimento em Arquitetura de Sistemas e Escalabilidade: Proficiência em design de sistemas distribuídos, arquitetura de microserviços, e em ambientes baseados em nuvem (AWS, GCP ou Azure).
- Experiência com Práticas de DevOps e Automação: Habilidades em CI/CD, automação de testes, e monitoramento para garantir a qualidade e confiabilidade dos sistemas em produção.
- Habilidades de Mentoria e Liderança Técnica: Experiência em liderar times técnicos, promovendo uma cultura de qualidade, colaboração e boas práticas de desenvolvimento.
- Conhecimento em Segurança e Conformidade de Software: Familiaridade com melhores práticas de segurança, criptografia e conformidade com regulamentações (como LGPD), especialmente relevantes no contexto educacional.
- Capacidade de Alinhamento Estratégico: Forte habilidade de comunicação para colaborar com stakeholders e alinhar prioridades técnicas com os objetivos da empresa.
Requisitos Desejáveis:
- Conhecimento em plataformas de e-learning, interoperabilidade de sistemas educacionais, ou em tecnologias como IA para personalização do aprendizado é um diferencial.
