Why this role exists: We keep homes comfortable and safe. You connect customers to solutions by coordinating schedules, closing the loop on permits and inspections, and ensuring every interaction reflects our safety-first culture.

What you’ll do

• Be the first line of support: answer phones, assist with inquiries, and schedule service for installations, promotions, and ongoing needs.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to offer service plans, set appointments, process credit card payments, and issue refunds.
• Maintain precise records; leverage email, text, and other tools to route technicians and allocate resources efficiently.
• Place targeted outbound calls to follow up on permits/inspections and to reschedule services if plans change.
• Champion customer satisfaction: resolve complaints fairly and effectively, in accordance with consumer laws.
• Advance local initiatives that inform and educate our customers.
• Turn survey feedback into action—recommend and, when appropriate, help craft improvement plans.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with an unwavering commitment to safety.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of office experience, including at least 20% daily phone-based customer support.
• Competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (1+ year).
• Clear, effective English communication—written and verbal.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work overtime on short notice and occasional weekends.

Preferred

• Some completed college coursework.

Physical requirements

• Frequently lift/move up to 20 lbs.
• Regular bending, kneeling, or crouching.
• Extended periods of sitting, standing, or walking.
• Ability to hear and distinguish speech/sounds to operate phones and office equipment.
• Sufficient vision (natural or corrected) for near, far, and peripheral focus with normal depth perception.
• Clear verbal expression to convey information.
• Data entry via standard keyboard or 10-key.
• Reach, grasp, hold, lift, turn, push, and pull with arms and hands, including overhead.
