Maintain knowledge of the company’s product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. Requirements Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, particularly in the retail industry, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
