What You'll Do Every day is different, but you can expect to: Welcome every customer with warmth and professionalism. Help customers select fine jewelry, engagement rings, watches, gifts, and special occasion pieces. Educate customers about diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry care. Build lasting relationships with repeat clients. Follow up with customers after purchases. Assist with merchandising and showroom presentation. Perform jewelry intake, cleaning, inspections, and basic customer service. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Contribute to social media and community engagement initiatives.
