Our client, a well-established commercial general contractor, is seeking an Entry‑Level Construction Estimator to join their growing preconstruction team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early‑career professional looking to build a long‑term career in commercial construction. Responsibilities Assist with quantity takeoffs and cost estimates. Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents. Obtain and compare subcontractor and supplier pricing. Support the preparation of competitive bids. Work closely with senior estimators throughout the preconstruction process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. 0–5 years of construction or estimating experience (internships welcomed). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Eagerness to learn and grow within commercial construction.
