Opportunity:
Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:

100% outpatient Occupational Medicine position with a predictable Monday through Friday schedule - no weekends, no call
Full-time position joining an established, high-performing Occupational Medicine team
Manage Workers' Compensation and injury care services
Conduct pre-employment and regulatory physicals
Oversee drug-free workplace testing and compliance programs
Provide OSHA and employer-based health services
Coordinate physical therapy and workplace rehabilitation integration
Utilize EPIC EMR with Dragon dictation and AI integration for efficient clinical workflows
Optional academic involvement with faculty appointment available
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Preventive, Family, or Internal Medicine required
Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License required (or eligible)
Medical Review Officer certification preferred
FMCSA Certified Medical Examiner and USCIS Civil Surgeon Designation preferred
Access to professional development through the Provider Leadership Development Institute and Center for Education, Simulation and Innovation
