Physician - Primary Care Job Details:
- 100% outpatient Occupational Medicine position with a predictable Monday through Friday schedule - no weekends, no call
- Full-time position joining an established, high-performing Occupational Medicine team
- Manage Workers' Compensation and injury care services
- Conduct pre-employment and regulatory physicals
- Oversee drug-free workplace testing and compliance programs
- Provide OSHA and employer-based health services
- Coordinate physical therapy and workplace rehabilitation integration
- Utilize EPIC EMR with Dragon dictation and AI integration for efficient clinical workflows
- Optional academic involvement with faculty appointment available
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Preventive, Family, or Internal Medicine required
- Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License required (or eligible)
- Medical Review Officer certification preferred
- FMCSA Certified Medical Examiner and USCIS Civil Surgeon Designation preferred
- Access to professional development through the Provider Leadership Development Institute and Center for Education, Simulation and Innovation
