7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 12-hour night shifts; 36 hours/week Job Description We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift with experience in a Critical Access Hospital. This position requires a flexible approach as you will be floating to Med/Surg Stepdown, predominantly working in the Emergency Department and providing backup support in Med/Surg. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting. Float to Med/Surg Stepdown and assist with Med/Surg patients as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years current Emergency Room experience is required. Experience in a Critical Access Hospital is highly preferred. Active American Heart Association certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required. Current TNCC certification is also required. All licenses and certifications must be current at the time of submission. Permanent address must be included in submission, and candidates must reside 50+ miles away from the facility.
