The Role: We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Production Control Supervisor who brings strong decision-making skills and expertise to the table. In this role, you’ll help drive production scheduling and accuracy throughout the production process while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You’ll Be Doing: Oversees the day-today operations of a group or groups of employees including the training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies. Provides data and analysis concerning departmental and individual performance. Evaluates, recommends, and implements changes in methods or procedures in assigned area(s) of responsibility. Plans and schedules the work of a section, department or organization, or multiple sections, departments or organizations for maximum effective utilization of employees, equipment and material within budgetary, cost and quality standards. Estimates needs and assigns work to meet completion dates in accordance with schedules fixed by business plan, and or management. Fosters a safe work environment. Responsible for budgeting, controlling costs, planning, scheduling, and procedural change. Promote methodology from the Toyota Production System to improve performance, increase efficiency, and eliminate waste by fostering a continuous improvement mindset and promoting the importance of root cause analyses. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Supply Chain or 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Minimum of 1 year leadership experience Motivated self starter with the ability to work independently What Sets You Apart: Experience and familiarity with JDE Where and When You’ll Work: This is an in-person role located at our Muscatine, IA facility - ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like: Salary -$73,840 - $94,670 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
